Day 02
Phnom Penh – Khmer History & Culture

Morning:
Visit the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S21) – a moving memorial of Cambodia’s tragic past.
Proceed to the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek – learn about Cambodia’s history under the Khmer Rouge.
Afternoon:
Shopping at Russian Market and Central Market, famous for souvenirs, silk, handicrafts, and gems.
Optional tuk-tuk ride through local neighborhoods.

Phnom Penh → Siem Reap

Travel to Siem Reap:

Siem Reap – Full-Day Angkor Temples Exploration

Explore Angkor Thom, the great walled city:
Bayon Temple with its mysterious smiling stone faces.
Terrace of the Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King.
Visit Ta Prohm Temple, where giant trees grow intertwined with temple ruins (famous from Tomb Raider movie).
Afternoon Tour:
Explore the majestic Angkor Wat, a UNESCO World Heritage site and the world’s largest religious monument.
Evening: Climb up Phnom Bakheng Hill for a breathtaking sunset over Angkor Wat.

Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 05
Siem Reap – Tonle Sap Lake & Departure

Morning Tour:
Boat trip on Tonle Sap Lake, Southeast Asia’s largest freshwater lake.
Visit floating villages to see how locals live on stilt houses and floating schools.
Afternoon: Free time for shopping at Angkor Night Market or last-minute souvenir hunting.
Transfer to Siem Reap Airport for departure.
